When I was looking through apps involving manga, I found this app. Pocket Manga is an app that allows you to read manga. And you can also read it in many diferent languages, like english, german, italian, spanish, russian and french. I find this app to be really interesting and great. Oh, and you can download manga and you can read it online. I highly recomend this app to anyone that reads manga, but I don't think you can use it on every device.
